Sesame Lemongrass Salmon with Baby Broccoli, Onions, and Peanuts

This evening I picked a up a pound of salmon and baby broccoli at Trader Jose's on my way back from tutoring. Back at home I sautéed garlic and finely chopped lemongrass (that I received from my friend Valentine) in sesame oil with a wok. Next I sautéed thinly sliced sweet onions and added baby broccoli cut in halves. Before the broccoli was finished I added crushed peanuts, garlic black bean paste and soy sauce.  I removed the veggies from the fire while the broccoli was still crunchy, and then sautéed two salmon filets using the same ingredients. The salmon was seared on both sides but still warm, buttery and pink on the  inside. I platted the fish over broccoli and onions on top of a bed of brown rice with a squeeze of Sriracha.
