Curry Dog on Naan @ Home

After hours of drinking and dancing the other night, I came home with and empty stomach and scavenged the fridge. I came up with an idea and began by heating oil with a mild curry paste in a sauce pan, then sautéed chopped onions and jalapeños in the curry sauce. Next I defrosted spicy chicken sausage from Trader Joes, sliced it in half and finished cooking it in the curry sauce. I also paninied Trader Joe's naan and added the curry, sausage, onions and jalapenos to the grilled naan. To top it off, I covered the naan hot dog with a ketchup, sriracha and wasabi mayo combo. A glorious new Indian twist to the classic American hot dog. The curry dog was so delicious I made two more the following night.
